Shipping policy

We send products nationwide to urban addresses with New Zealand Couriers, this assures next day delivery so orders arrive in the best condition possible. Dispatching Monday to Thursday.

All frozen orders are dispatched in polystyrene boxes, as these products are frozen we cannot ensure that they will be frozen on arrival, it is best to fill the polybox to the maximum capacity so the products can have the best chance, due to the heat of summer or longer delivery times. It is advisable to order as below -

4 x 1kg packs

6 x 500g packs

10 x 1kg packs

20 x 500g packs

It is at the customers risk when ordering frozen products that are sent on overnight courier, as they can be delivered anywhere from 6am - 8pm depending on where the customer lives.

Big Chill Frozen Transport can be used for large orders, but is for delivery to commercial addresses only.

Dried product orders are dispatched with NZ Post and can take 2-5 days depending on freight levels.

Minimum orders - 4 kilograms for frozen products per polybox. For example, if you purchase a bulk packed polybox (these range from 7kg - 10kg depending on the individual product) this counts as a full box, so if you add more products there is a minimum of 4kg as this requires another box. There is no minimum order for dried goods.

**PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM ORDER FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS IS 4KG (THIS CAN BE MIXED PRODUCTS)** IF YOU PURCHASE A BULK PACKED POLYBOX AS WELL THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MINIMUM ORDER OF 4KG, AS IT IS A POLYBOX ON ITS OWN.

Rural Delivery - Not available. We cannot guarantee the condition of your products if you have your order shipped to a rural address. Please email us direct sales@purepetfoods.nz

Please use an Urban Address if you have one available, or we can send to a New Zealand Couriers Depot or Agent for collection.
