Our PURE freeze dried salmon roe has an abundance of Omega 3 fatty acids, one of the highest out of all food sources. Omega 3, from salmon roe, works together with the Vitamin D in salmon roe as it is fat soluble and therefore helps absorb the healthy fats and helps the body use it efficiently.
